Wuxi Sinan Foundry Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1958 and now has a production area of more than 20000 square meters with an annual output value of 0.35 billion yuan. The company specializes in research and development, project design, manufacturing, service and general contracting of self-hardening sand modeling, core making and old sand recycling technology and V-method process equipment.
In order to produce products with advanced technology and excellent quality and meet the needs of customers, Xinan casting machine has concentrated its superior forces, developed new products and improved product quality. Xinan casting machine has successively invested and introduced 7m × 28m large-scale numerical control gantry milling and boring machining center, 4 m × 8m numerical control gantry milling machine, Italy 22mm laser cutting machine, intelligent shot blasting cleaning machine, and improved casting equipment, special attention is paid to improving the automation degree of self-hardening sand equipment, especially the successful research and development of dynamic simulation screen of electrical control system, as well as the application of RFID radio frequency confirmation technology, ERP technology and IOT technology, in order to realize the digital and information management of self-hardening sand single-piece small batch casting workshop. As a leader in the field of self-hardening sand equipment technology in China, Xinan Casting Machine has always been based on "specialization, standardization, scale, humanization and internationalization". In 2005, Xinan Casting Machine took the lead in introducing a full-automatic four-claw box-closing machine in Inner Mongolia. In 2010, it successfully developed the world's largest 6.5m × 7m large double-body sand dropping machine and 120 t/h extra-large vibration platform, changed the foundry large tonnage sand mixing, molding, sand regeneration equipment by foreign enterprises to occupy the advantage of the situation.
In order to meet the needs of casting enterprises for large-scale casting production equipment, Sinan Casting Machine has successively invested and introduced 7m × 28m large-scale CNC gantry turning, milling and boring plus 2, chromite ore separation equipment. Facing the huge demand in the field of high-end and large-scale castings in China in the future, foreign manufacturers are accelerating research and expanding production capacity to gain market share in China.
