Xinan Casting Machine Launches New Third Board Listing Ceremony in Beijing on February 12

On February 12, 2015, Wuxi Xinan Casting Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinan Casting Machine") launched the new third board listing ceremony in Beijing. Since then, Xinan Casting Machine has been successfully listed in the national SME share transfer system. With the listing of Xinan Casting Machine on the New Third Board for financing, the financing methods of China's foundry enterprises will be greatly broadened. At the same time, it also provides a new way for other high-quality foundry enterprises to connect with the capital market and solve financing problems. Vice President Zhang Libo pointed out in his speech, "Sinan Casting Machinery, with the help of its own adjustment and development, industry integration and industrial mergers and acquisitions, strives to build the company into a listed company with casting equipment as its main business. It is an important measure to focus on long-term development and grasp historical opportunities". Lu Yigang, secretary of the Wuxi New District Airport Park, also said that the listing of the new third board of Xinan Casting Machine has added another brilliant new chapter to Wuxi's rapid, steady and positive economic development.
At the listing ceremony, when asked about his attitude towards future financing, Zhu Yisong, chief engineer of Xinan casting machine, said he was more optimistic, which is also one of the main purposes of the listing of Xinan casting machine on the new third board. It is understood that Xinan Caster focuses on the research and development, design, manufacture and service of self-hardening sand molding and V-method molding casting production lines and casting sand recycling systems. It is the first (2010) and second (2014) national casting industry leading enterprise in casting equipment. The achievement 2012 of "recycling technology and equipment for waste sand casting of water glass sand mold" won the second prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award.
It is worth investors' attention that the mechanism of the new three boards to the main board is maturing. At present, nine new three-board enterprises have successfully turned to the motherboard. As one of the main domestic foundry production line solution suppliers, Sinan casting machine is transferred to the main board, which is worth looking forward.
