XNS52A/B Centrifugal Regenerating Unit

 

Purpose:

To regenerate resin sand and water glass sand in foundry workshop

 

Features:

Old sand falls on the speedy rolling thrower and moves in acceleration under the centrifugal force. The friction between sand, durable sand-blocker and sand grain break off film on the grain surface. Then the film is taken out and the sand grain is regenerated.

Single phase or multiple phases optionally according to the process;
